The new Johns Hopkins Hospital building was designed to create a healing environment with a unique art and architecture collaboration made possible by Michael Bloomberg, a strong supporter of the arts. 

Robert Israel's Sculptures

Renowned set designer Robert Israel created 11 super-sized sculptures for the new Charlotte R. Bloomberg Children's Center at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  

Monet in the Sky - The Curtain Wall by Spencer Finch

Artist Spencer Finch, known for his work in color and light, created the largest work of his career -- the Monet-inspired 250,000 sq. foot shimmering curtain wall -- for the new Johns Hopkins Hospital building.
